A formal project agreement will be executed before commencement of work, outlining specific terms, milestones, and payment schedule.

3.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing timely and accurate project information
Supplying necessary content, images, and materials
Providing feedback within agreed timeframes
Making timely payments as per the agreed schedule
Obtaining necessary licenses for third-party software or assets

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to VAT where applicable. Pricing packages range from £149 to £2000+ depending on project complexity.

4.2 Payment Terms

50% deposit required before project commencement
Remaining 50% due upon project completion
Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe
Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee

4.3 Additional Costs

Costs not included in standard packages:

Third-party licenses, plugins, or software
Domain registration and hosting (unless specified)
Premium stock images or assets
Additional revisions beyond agreed scope

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

Client responsiveness and feedback
Scope changes or additions
Third-party dependencies
Unforeseen technical challenges

We will notify clients promptly of any delays and work to minimize impact.

6. Revisions and Changes

6.1 Included Revisions

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds as stated. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.

6.2 Scope Changes

Significant changes to project scope will be quoted separately and may affect timeline and pricing.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive 100% ownership rights to:

Custom code developed for the project
Design assets created specifically for the project
Website content provided by the client

7.2 Our Rights

We retain the right to:

Use project screenshots in our portfolio
Reuse general code patterns and frameworks
Include project in case studies (with client permission)

7.3 Third-Party Assets

Third-party software, plugins, themes, and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their licenses.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

8.1 Quality Assurance

We warrant that:

Services will be performed with professional skill and care
Deliverables will substantially conform to agreed specifications
Code will be tested across major browsers and devices

8.2 Limitations

We do not warrant:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Compatibility with all future browser updates
Specific search engine rankings or traffic levels
Protection against all security vulnerabilities

9. Support and Maintenance

9.1 Post-Launch Support

We provide 30 days of free bug-fix support after project launch for issues related to our work.

9.2 Ongoing Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance packages are available separately and include:

Regular updates and backups
Security monitoring
Technical support
Minor content updates

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

11.1 Client Termination

Clients may terminate the project with written notice. Fees paid are non-refundable, and work completed will be charged proportionally.

11.2 Our Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the project if:

Client fails to make payments as agreed
Client violates these Terms
Cooperation becomes impossible

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation continues after project completion.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, or government actions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

You agree not to:
